Saba Tower 1, also referred to as Saba Office Tower, is one of the towers being developed in the Jumeirah Lake Towers development, which is located between interchange 5 and 6 on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Jumeirah Islands. It is being built in plot E3, which is next to Global Lake View (E1) and Al Shera Tower (E2).
Saba Tower 1 is a 150 meter (492 feet) 36-storey tower with freehold office space from 1,270 to 9,791 square feet (118 to 910 square meters). The ground floor will have a maximum of 4 units, while floors 1 to 15 will have a maximum of 6 units per floor. Floors 16 to 30 will have a maximum of 4 units per floor, while floors 31 to 34 will have a maximum of 1 unit per floor. Saba Tower will have over 360,000 square feet (33,445 square meters) of office space in total.
The tower has 6 high speed elevators that will each accommodate 20 people, a fitness center, a conference center, and 3 floors of underground parking. Saba Tower 1 was Dubai's first freehold office development project and the architecture was designed by Al Hawraa. The same developers have also developed the Saba Twin Towers.
