Armada Towers are three freehold towers being built in Jumeirah Lake Towers, which is opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club. They are being built in plots P1, P2 and P3 and was designed by Adnan Z Saffarini.
At a total cost of AED 1 billion (US$ 300 million), Armada Tower 1 will have 39 residential floors, while Armada Tower 2 and 3 will each have 33 floors. The free hold towers will have a total of 1,200 units as studio, 1, 2, 3 bedroom and penthouse apartments.
Amenities at the Armada Towers include rooftop temperature controlled swimming pool with gym and cafe, restaurants, central air conditioning, high speed lifts, retail areas, 24-hour security and optional smart home technology.
